The Professional option offers you a private agent which will look actively for habitants for your property.
All the emails received from people looking for accommodation, will have your properties as suggestion on the bottom. This agent will be looking for students on forums, facebook groups, and other media.

You will get your accommodation announced on our website starting on 1 time per week on the standard pack.
The Premium and Professional packs includes paid advertising on Facebook to get a wider range of visitors to your announcements, normally 1 post per month paid.

Newsletter
Our newsletters are sent on a 2 weeks basis.
Every 15 days it will be sent to more than 3000 students in Porto, and this is a good way of being noticed. You can choose which ones you pretend to advertise, or just let us manage it.
